Earthlink Users - Turn off Earthlink's web search accelerator and your access to the Conference Room will probably work

Firewall Users - You may have to Disable your Firewall to get the new install to work and then you can Enable the firewall once more.

Dial-up Users Suggested Downloads - Browsing the Internet has a tendency to have files downloaded to your compute without your knowledge that could be slowing your computer down significantly.  Suggest that you download to your desktop and run these programs to install them.  If your computer has less than 128 ram, it is not likely anything you do will stop the buffering of sound and delay in slide change in the room.  However, cleaning the 'junk' from your computer registry with the programs below will increase the performance of your computer and help with your room connection.  We use these programs but do not guarantee their results for you.  These programs are Free to Download and we suggest that you run them on your computer once in awhile to clean it.
