If the program doesn't
automatically install, you may have to complete a few
extra steps.
Try to install the program again
only this time "Save" the program to your desktop.
Click on the program that is now on
your desk top to complete the installation.
If you weren't placed into the room
automatically, please go back to the login page and try
again. It should work this time.
If you are having a problem with
the install download from this link... make sure you
close all open programs first...
CLICK HERE to
Download the Web Conferencing Client software. Just
follow the install steps and over-write the previous
files with this install.
Trouble hearing in the conference
room --
First check to make sure your speakers
are plugged in correctly and your volume is turned up.
Within the conference room, you will find a volume control
in the lower left-hand corner; make sure the 'slide' is all
the way to the right by putting your mouse cursor on the
volume button and sliding it over to the right.
You could also adjust the setting on
your computer by going to File=> Launch Windows Master
Volume Control.
